AND OUTER WORLDS
CONNECTING YOUR INNER
“It’s not like it was in my day”; a statement we’ve all heard at some point in our lives - one riddled with nostalgia, and holding a sentiment that life has somehow ‘lost its magic’. Sure, we have more comforts, conveniences, and technologies that we can offer our gratitude for, yet the sense of ‘wonder’ seems to require much more excavating Today. For most, there is an inner longing for a ‘golden age’ that once ‘was’ and a deep yearning to familiarise ourselves with the seemingly unfamiliar.
It is by spending time in the unfamiliar, in states of self-inquiry and rumination that we begin to reach for the sense of ‘something else’, and bring back that which is hard to define. Some find attunement through the moon, the stars, the elements, yet it is not learned solely from an emerging feeling or lesser still a trend; yet from our true history. From our ancestors and past life experiences we can learn of a sacred connection with nature, evolution, and ‘the unseen’. Through archetypal tales, myths, legends, Gods, and Goddesses we can learn much about the depths, desires, and psyche of mankind, and it is through these gifts we unveil encrypted meanings, and divine threads from our past to our present - our true inheritance. By following these threads, rediscovering our connection, and implementing their knowledge, we begin to understand our inherent kinship to creation and the magic we thought may have been lost…

WHO.
At the ripe age of 23, and in the midst of a very tender burnout, I packed up my bags and began to travel around Europe. Taking flight as a bird of passage, I was alone and exploring the feeling of ‘home’, in every sense of the word.
At the very start of my journey, I spontaneously picked up a Tarot deck as I was heading for the Jura Mountains; an act that unfurled a love story spanning over 14 years. This journey was a ‘remembering’ of my connection to symbolism, astrology, ancestral connection, sensory & somatic healing, sacred tools & ritual.
These modalities illuminated what had laid dormant and restless in my soul, and did not have a way to express itself in my outer world. Not only did they help to deepen my connection to self - my true home, but they helped me to translate what had been soaked in mystery in the wider world. You see, that’s the tricky part about energy and working in the realms of the ‘unseen’: it can take a while to locate your relationship to it.
Through this platform, I dedicate myself to sharing the tools and expertise I have gained over the last 14 years that will equip you for the foundational leaps we all have to process in life; to heal, to strengthen, and ultimately to live the way you have come here to.
The modalities, products, and educational material offered here are rooted in the wisdom of our ancestors, and lend a voice to the unseen. They allow us to tend to both our internal and external home in the modern day. By anchoring ourselves in more presence and connection we can begin to close the gap that often leaves many of us feeling misaligned.
I truly hope that you explore life and your place in the world in the ways you dream of, and deserve to.

WHAT IS VESTARA?
The word ‘Vestara’ derives from Sophie’s love for Roman, Greek & Egyptian mythology.
Vesta was the roman goddess of the home, hearth,, and protector of the sacred flame. Within the temple of Vesta in Rome, there was an eternal flame that represented Rome’s victory and success. It was guarded by the vestal virgins, women who vowed chastity and service for 30 years,. They ensured each day that this flame was never extinguished. Their purity also was said to ensure the success of Rome, yet a few of these temple goddesses were found to have broken their chastity vows and were buried alive. These women were seen as oracles, and priestesses, yet still did not hold rank against the patriarchal systems their very devotion and commitment served. Vesta in the birth chart denotes our non-negotiable sacred work in this life, and our unwavering devotion to a cause.
‘Ra’ comes from the Egyptian Sun god who is said to usher the sun in his boat through the sky into the afterlife in a continuous death and rebirth cycle. The Sun or ‘Sol’ ( Soul ) represents our life purpose within the natal chart.
Marrying the two names evokes all that World of Vestara encompasses; paying homage to groups of women that have come before us by gathering, serving new causes that support freedom of expression and liberation, and as Ra ushered the sun, we too begin to understand our purpose for reincarnating.
