Due to the nature of the work, all cases and resolutions of service offerings remain at the discretion of World of Vestara and are dealt with on a case by case basis.

In the event of a no-show ( including cancellation at any time, emergencies, & no-show) :

Services & Sessions may only be rescheduled once, at the discretion of World of Vestara. Beyond this World of Vestara has the right to cancel the session.

Events Series tickets may only be rescheduled ( moved to the next date ) once, at the discretion of World of Vestara. Beyond this World of Vestara has the right to cancel the ticket.

Event Tickets may not be moved or used for credit at World of Vestara and the ticket forfeited.

All physical products are returnable within 14 days, with proof of purchase for a full refund or credit.
