Spell suggestion :
Place the white candle safely in a holder and begin your ritual by lighting. You may want to carve a sigil or a symbol that is important to the ritual into your candle.
Next, cleanse your altar or personal space with the Mugwort Smudge Stick, setting the intention to banish stagnant energy while slowly moving the smoke around the room with the smudging feather.
Finally, spend some time in meditation and feel into what it is you feel ready to release in this moment.
Write a short sentence or word on the bay leaf and begin to burn away the words on the leaf over your white candle flame. The bay leaf gives a slight scent and a satisfying crackle!
Be sure to practice safe measures when working with the element of fire and smoke and be sure to ventilate the room and allow what you are banishing to leave!
